益气清眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕31例

目的：探讨益气清眩汤治疗气虚血瘀型（椎．基底动脉供血不足）（VBI）眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将62侧该病病人随机分为两组，两组分别采用中西医药物常规治疗，治疗组用自拟益气清眩汤加减治疗，对照组用西药治疗。两组均治疗10d为1个疗程，1个疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组l临床疗效总有效率为87．1％，优于对照组的74.2％。两组患者治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：益气清眩汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕的疗效优于西医常规治疗。

Treating 31 cases vertigo of VBI with the Yiqi Qingxuan decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Qingxuan decoction on treating vertigo ofQixu Xueyu type. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given self-made Yiqi Qingxuan decoction, while the control group was treated with modem medicine. Both groups were treated for 10d in a course. At the end of treatment, the clinical efficacies in both groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.1%, better than 74.2% in the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Yiqi Qingxuan decoction had better effect on treating vertigo of Oixu Xuevu tvoe than routine modem medicine treatment.
