| 摘 要： | 观察奥扎格雷钠联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：将120例发病3d的急性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组65例，对照组55例，对照组给予血塞通0．4g加入5％葡萄糖250ml中1次／d静点，阿司匹林0．1g，1次／d口服．治疗组在对照组治疗基础上再给予奥扎格雷钠80mg加入0．9％生理盐水250ml中2次／d静点，均以14d为1个疗程，观察两组的临床疗效。治疗前后神经功能缺失评分情况。结果：治疗组总有效率与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）结论：奥扎格雷钠联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗塞，疗效好，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation on treating acute cerbral infarction with Ozagrel and Xuesaitong |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Ozagrel combined with Xuesaitong on treating acute cerbral infarction. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 65 in the treated group and 55 in the control group. The control group was given Xuesaitong, while the treated group was given Ozagrel more. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ozagrel combined with Xuesaitong was significantly effective on treating acute cerbral infarction, worthy of a wide clinical application. |
