| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加味生脉饮治疗放射性肺炎的疗效。方法：将64例放射性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组32例。治疗组口服加味生脉饮;对照组采用地塞米松静脉点滴,同时配合抗生素,解痉、化痰、平喘等对症治疗。结果：治疗组疗效及患者生存质量明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：加味生脉饮可有效治疗放射性肺炎,提高患者生存质量。

Clinical observation on treating 64 cases of radioactive pneumonia by modified Shengmai Yin |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of Shengrnai Yin in treating radiation pneumonia. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 32 patients and control group of 32 cases. The treatment group received Shengmai Yin treatment, and the control group was given dexamethasone intravenously, combined with the symptomatic treatment of antibiotics, antispasmodic, phlegm and asthma. Results： The efficacy and patients＇life quality of treatment group was significant （P〈0.05） better than that in control group. Conclusion： Shengmai Yin can effectively treat radioactive pneumonia, improve the quality of survival. |
