疏肝和胃清降方治疗反流性食管炎（肝胃郁热型）临床研究

目的：观察自拟方疏肝和胃清降方治疗反流性食管炎（肝胃郁热型）的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的72例患者随机分为两组各36例，对照组予西药兰索拉唑（15mg，po，qd）及莫沙比利分散片（5mg，po，rid）。治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏肝和胃清降方口服，1剂／d，2次／d。疗程4周，观察治疗前后临床疗效、治疗前后空腹血中白介素8（IL-8）水平。结论：疏肝和胃清降方能明显降低白介素8（IL-8）水平，对不同病情程度的反流性食管炎（肝胃郁热型）患者均具有良好的治疗效果。

Clinical research on treating reflux esophagitis with the Shugan Hewei Qingjiang recipe

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Shugan Hewei Qingjiang recipe on treating reflux esophagitis. Methods： 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 in each group. The control group was given Lansoprazole and Mosapride, while the treated group was orally given Shugan Hewei Qingjiang recipe. Results： The total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 94.44% and 72.22% respectively （P〈0.05）. The IL-8 content before and after treatment were （98.81±32.05） umol/L and （74.88± 25） umol/L respectively. Conclusion： The Shugan Hewei Oingiiang recipe was significantlv effective on treating reflux esophagitis.
