尤质护理服务理念在结直肠癌根治术患者中的应用及效果

目的 探究优质护理模式在结直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取我院自2009年1月～2011年1月收治的结直肠癌患者80例作为研究对象,分成A、B两组各40例.A组采用优质护理模式指导下护理干预措施,B组采用常规护理模式指导下护理干预措施,观察并比较两组患者在治疗后并发症情况和两组患者身体各项指标变化情况及对医生满意度.结果 两组患者比较中,B组出现并发症吻合口瘘16例（40.00%）较A组出现吻合口瘘5例（12.50%）多,且A组未出现吻合口狭窄并发症,两组差异明显,且对医生满意度显著高于B组（P均〈0.05）.结论 结直肠癌根治术患者采用优质护理服务模式在临床应用中效果明显,既促进患者康复,又提高整体护理水平,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of patients with colorectal cancer radical mastectomy by nursing inter- vention measures under the guide of the high quality nursing service mode. Methods Eighty patients with colorectal cancer radical mastectomy who were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were divided into group A and group B according to providing nursing intervention measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode, patients in group A were given nursing measures under the guidance of routine nursing mode, patients in group B were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode, the postoperative recovery, the preoperative psychological change of patients, patients physiological changes and the patients＂ satisfaction for the doctor were compared. Results Comparison of the two groups of patients, group B of anas- tigmatic leak in 16 patients （40.00%）, 5 cases （12.50%） more than group A, and no anastigmatic stenosis patients in group A, significant differences between the two group, and the patients satisfaction for the doctor in group B were better than that in group A （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode can obtain satisfactory results, it can not only promote the patient to recover, but also in- crease the level of holistic nursing care, it is worthy of clinical application.
