107例老年人呼吸道真菌感染情况及药敏分析

目的探讨我院住院治疗老年人呼吸道感染患者真菌感染状况及用药情况，为预防和减少老年人呼吸道真菌感染及临床合理使用抗真菌药物提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月～2012年12月老年人住院患者呼吸道真菌感染及真菌药敏试验情况。结果真菌感染患者107例，占呼吸道感染病例的11．8％，真菌以白色念珠菌为主。结论住院患者呼吸道真菌感染发生率较高，白色念珠菌是主要的病原菌，临床应重视病原学检查，合理使用抗真菌药物。

Elderly patients and the drug sensitivity of respiratory tract fungal infection: A analysis of 107 cases

Objective To investigate the treatment of elderly patients with respiratory tract infection status and drug use in patients with fungal infection in our hospital, in order to prevent and reduce the elderly respiratory tract fungal infection and to provide a reference of the clinical rational use of antifungal agentse. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 December in the elderly patients with respiratory tract fungal infection and antifungal susceptibility test in hospital. Results All 107 cases of the fungal infection which was, 11.8% of cases of respiratory tract infection, fungus Candida albicans was the main species. Conclusion Patients with respiratory tract fungal infection rate in hospital, Candida albicans is the main pathogen, clinical attention should be paid to the pathogenic examination, rational use of antifungal drugs.
