布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的 观察布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果及安全性.方法 收集2010年1月～2012年1月来我院治疗的60例毛细支气管炎患儿,所有入选患儿随机分为观察组30例采取布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗及对照组30例采取沙丁胺醇治疗,疗程6 d,比较治疗后两组患儿的疗效及咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间.结果 观察组治疗后的总有效率达90.00%,与对照组的总有效率（70.00%）比较,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.观察组患儿治疗后咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间分别为（4.03±1.84）d、（4.43±1.31）d、（3.72±1.01）d,均分别明显短于对照组[（6.47±1.32）d、（7.89±1.42）d、（5.38±1.27）d],差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效明显提高,且无明显不良反应,明显改善了患儿的临床症状,值得基层医院推广和应用.

Efficacy of budesonide combined with albuterol inhalation in treatment of bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation therapy of bronchiolitis. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012,60 cases of children with bron- chiolitis patients were divided into：observation group 30 cases took budesonide with albuterol inhalation therapy and control group 30 patients took albuterol treatment, treatment for 6 days,the efficacy and cough disappeared time, wheezing disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappeared time were compared between the two groups of children after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%, the total efficiency rate of the control group was 70.00%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Cough disappearance time wheezing disappeared time,pulmonary rales disappeared time after the treatment of the observation group were 4.03± 1.84d, 4.43±1.31d, 3.72±1.01d, respectively, was significantly shorter than the control group （6.47±1.32d, 7.89± 1.42d, 5.38±1.27d）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation significantly improves the treatment of bronchiolitis, and has no significant adverse reactions, sig- nificant improvement of clinical symptoms in children, so it is worth primary hospitals widely promoted and applied.
