慢性荨麻疹应用玉屏风散的疗效观察

目的：观察应用玉屏风散治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：60例慢性荨麻疹患者均符临床皮肤病学诊断标准。随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各30例，实验组采用玉屏风散治疗，对照组采用左西替利嗪治疗，观察比较两组患者治疗后症状改善情况和复发次数。结果：两组患者复发频次数比较，实验组治疗后复发（3．46±1．29）次，对照组治疗后复发（6．25±1．59）次，经比较P〈O．05差距具有统计学意义。实验组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：玉屏风散治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著，且能有效预防荨麻疹的复发，值得临床推广使用。

Effective observation on the application of Yupingfeng powder in treating chronic urticaria

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng powder in chronic urticaria. Methods： 60 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given Yupingfeng powder treatment. The control group received cetirizine treatment, comparing the symptoms situation and recurrence rate after. Results： The recurrence of experimental group was （3.46±1.29） times. And （6.25± 1.59） times in control group, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was significant. Conclusion： The Yupingfeng powder treating chronic urticaria achieved a significant clinical efficacy; and it can be effective in preventing the recurrence of urticaria, is worthy of clinical application.
