| 摘 要： | 目的：观察逐瘀消瘢汤在治疗瘀阻胞宫型免疫性不孕症方面的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将符合西医诊断标准、纳入标准、中医辨证标准的120例患者按照随机数字表法（3：2）分为两组，即治疗组（60例），对照组（60例）。对照组采用西药治疗，治疗组口服逐瘀消癞汤，90d为1个疗程，1个疗程结束后治疗组与对照组进行比较。结果：疗程结束后治疗组与对照组比较，在·坏孕率及总有效率上治疗组明显高于于对照组（P〈0．05），并且都没有明显毒副作用，安全性较高。结论：自拟逐瘀消瘾汤在治疗瘀阻胞宫型免疫性不孕症方面较西药疗效更好，能够明显提高妇人怀孕的几率及降低患者血清中AsAb，且无毒副作用及安全性较高，有进一步推广和研究的价值。

Clinical research on treating immune infertility of uterus blood stasis type with self-made Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety ofZhuyu Xiaozheng decoction on treating immune infertility of uterus blood stasis type. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group. The control group was given modern medicine, while the treated group was orally given Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction. Results： The pregnancy rate and the total effective rate in the treated group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, with no side effects. Conclusion： Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction had better efficacy than modern medicine on treating immune infertility of uterus blood stasis type. |
