针药结合治疗干眼症的效果分析

目的：通过对针药结合与单一的针刺治疗干眼症的疗效进行观察。对针药协同治疗干眼症。增强疗效的可能性加以探索。方法：将60例干眼症患者（眼）分成两个小组：针刺组（对照组）与针药结合组（治疗组）。其中，针刺组进行针刺治疗，针药结合组在针刺的基础上结合明目地黄片等药物进行治疗。在治疗的前后通过问卷调查的形式评价患者的眼部症状与泪流量，以及对两组的临床疗效加以对比。结果：通过针药结合治疗以后，治疗组的病人症状和泪液分泌量的评分相对治疗之前有着明显的改善。结论：明目地黄片可以增强针刺治疗干眼症的治疗效果，通过针药结合可以产生协同增效的功能，原因在于明目地黄片可以对肝肾进行滋养，进而增强针刺对局部泪液分泌的促进效果。

Effect analysis on treating xerophthalmia by acupuncture combined with medicine treatment

Objective： To investigate and compare the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine treatment on xerophthalmia. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given only acupuncture therapy, while the treated group was given acupuncture combined with Mingmu Dihuang tablet. The eye symptoms, tear yield and clinical efficacy in the both groups were compared before and after treatment by questionnaire survey. Results： The eye symptoms and tear yield in the treated group were improved significantly. Conclusion： Mingmu Dihuang tablet combined with acupuncture treatment was significantly effective on xerophthalmia.
