穴位敷贴治疗中晚期肝癌疼痛的临床观察与护理

目的观察中药镇痛消结散穴位敷贴对中晚期肝癌疼痛治疗的临床疗效与护理。方法将48例中晚期肝癌疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例，治疗组采用肝俞、脾俞、期门穴位敷贴联合三阶梯止痛法，对照组采用三阶梯止痛法给药物。同时观察记录两组患者治疗护理干预前后的疼痛强度及用药后的不良反应。结果治疗组完全缓解率和明显缓解率优于对照组（P〈0．05），止痛药用药剂量减少且不良反应低，患者生活质量提高。结论通过镇痛消结散穴位敷贴治疗及护理对中晚期肝癌疼痛疗效显著，且毒副作用明显减少，可提高中晚期肝癌患者生活质量。

Clinical observation and nursing of acupoint sticking therapy for middle-late liver cancer pain

Objective To observe analgesic Chinese traditional medicine to eliminate scattered points on the clinical curative effect and nursing of the middle-late liver cancer pain treatment. Methods Forty-eight patients with liver cancer pain patients were candomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 24 cases, the treatment group with liver and lieng , phase door acupoint sticking combined three steps analgesic method, the control group used the three steps analgic method for drugs. Recorded at the same time two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention of intensity and drug adverse reactions. Results Completed remission rate and obviously alle- viate rate of treatment group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）, painkillers dosage reduction and low adverse re- actions, patients quality of life improved. Conclusion Through the pain away and scattered acupoint sticking therapy and nursing of middle-late liver cancer pain curative effect is distinct, and significantly less side effects, improve themiddle-late liver cancer patients quality of life.
