孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗慢性中度持续性支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的 对孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗慢性中度持续性支气管哮喘的疗效进行观察分析.方法 收集我院2009年1月～2012年1月间慢性中度持续性支气管哮喘患者64例,随机分为治疗组（孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗）及对照组（舒利迭治疗）各32例,比较两组的临床治疗效果、临床症状基本控制率及安全性.结果 治疗组无效2例,无效率为6.25%,总有效率达93.75%;对照组无效8例,无效率为25.00%,总有效率达75.00%,两组治疗后疗效评价显示,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性（P ＜ 0.05）.治疗组治疗4周后,哮喘症状未控制仅4例,基本控制率达87.5%;对照组治疗4周后,哮喘症状未控制12例,基本控制率达62.50%,两组基本控制率比较,差异有显著性.结论 孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗慢性中度持续性支气管哮喘可以提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状控制率,安全性好,值得临床推广和应用.

Efficacy of Montelukast combined Seretide in the treatment of chronic moderate persistent bronchial asthma

Objective Montelukast combined Seretide efficacy ot the treatment ol chromc moderate persistent bronchia｜ asthma were observed and analyzed. Methods Sixty-four cases chronic moderate persistent bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into a treatment group （the Montelukast united Shulgin Diego treatment） and the con- trol group （Seretide） of the 32 cases, clinical outcome and the control rate of clinical symptoms and security were compared between two groups. Results The treatment group 2 cases were ineffective,the inefficient was 6.25%,the to- tal effective rate was 93.75% ,the control group 8 cases were ineffective,inefficient was 25.00% ,the total effective ratewas 75.00% ,there were significant differences of the effect, after treatment 4 weeks,the symptoms of asthma un- controlled only four cases the basic control rate was 87.5% ,the control group after four weeks of treatment,the symp- toms of asthma uncontrolled 12 cases,the basic control rate was 62.50%, compared two sets of basic control rate sig- nificant differences. Conclusion Montelukast United Seretide treatment of chronic moderate persistent bronchial asth- ma can improve clinical outcomes, improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms control rate, safety, good, worthy of promo- tion and application.
