硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病36侵临床分析

目的 探讨硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果.方法 选择2010年5月～2012年6月在门诊治疗的72例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,所有患者在进行常规血糖控制治疗的基础上,分别给予口服硝苯地平缓释片和氯沙坦治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者血压变化情况及治疗效果.结果 两组患者治疗后血压较治疗前均显著下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）;观察组血压控制情况明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病疗效确切,无明显副作用,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical analysis of sustained-release nifedipine treatment of 36 cases of hypertension with diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sustained-release nifedipine treatment on hypertension with diabetes mellitus. Methods Seventy-two cases of hypertension with diabetes mellitus patients chosen from May 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases each, all pa- tients in the conventional treatment on the basis of blood glucose control, respectively, to give oral nifedipine 53：25 and losartan treatment, the two groups were observed before and after treatment of blood pressure changes and treat- ment effect. Results Two groups of patients with significant drop in blood pressure after treatment than before treat- ment, before and after the treatment difference statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, observer group blood pressure con- trol, significantly better than the control group, the two groups compared statistically significance difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sustained-release nifedipine in treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes has accurate efficacy, no obvious side-effects, it is worth Clinical application.
