捏脊疗法在婴幼儿喘息性疾病中的应用研究

目的：观察捏脊疗法在婴幼儿喘息性疾病中的临床疗效。方法：治疗组选择75例在首次喘息发作缓解后的婴幼儿给予捏脊疗法治疗3个月：观察组选75例口服玉屏风颗粒进行预防，3月后观察疗效。结果：治疗组显效60例，有效8例，无效3例，总有效率94．2％；对照组显效55例，有效6例，无效10例，总有效率85．2％。结论：通过捏脊疗法对婴幼儿喘息性疾病首次发作进行早期干预，可增强患儿免疫功能，提高机体抗病能力，减少喘息再次发作次数，再发症状减轻，从而达到减少反复呼吸道感染发作几率。

Application research of chiropractic therapy on treating infantile gasping diseases

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of chiropractic therapy on infantile gasping diseases. Methods： 75 patients were selected as the treated group and given chiropractic therapy for 3 months since the remittance of first pursiness, other 75 patients were selected as the control group and orally given Yupingfeng powder for prevention. Results： In the treated group, 60 cases were significantly effective, 8 cases were effective, 3 cases were invalid, with the total effective rate 94.2%. In the control group, 55 cases were significantly effective, 6 cases were effective, 10 cases were invalid, with the total effective rate 85.2%. Conclusion： Chiropractic therapy was significantly effective on infantile gasping diseases.
