中药离子导入联合耳穴压豆、穴位按摩护理干预对玻璃体积血治疗疗效的影响

目的研究中药离子导入联合运用耳穴压豆、穴位按摩对玻璃体积血进行护理干预后的疗效。方法抽选2009年3月～2012年3月中山市中医院眼科确诊为玻璃体积血住院患者80例为研究对象，分为对照组和实验组（中药离子导入联合耳穴压豆、穴位按摩），观察两种方法对于玻璃体积血的疗效。结果实验组患者视力提高总有效率90％，对照组患者视力提高总有效率65％。结论中药离子导入联合耳穴压豆、穴位按摩治疗玻璃体积血疗效优越．值得临床推广。

Iontophoresis of Chinese medicine combined with ear pressure beans, massage the effect of nursing intervention on the curative effect in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage

Objective To study the efficacy of Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with auricular point pressing and acupoint massage nursing interventions for vitreous hemorrhage. Methods Eighty hospitalized patients diagnosed with vitreous hemorrhage in the ophthalmology department of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2009 to March 2012 were selected as the study subject and divided into the control group and the experi- mental group（Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with auricular point pressing and acupoint massage）. The effi- cacy of both methods was observed. Results The total effective rate of eyesight in thee experimental group was 90% and the total effective rate of eyesight in the control group was 65%. Conclusion Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with auricular point pressing and acupoint massage shows superior efficacy in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
