自拟平肝调脂方联合西药治疗高血压合并高血脂的效果观察

目的：观察自拟平肝调脂方联合西药治疗高血压合并高血脂的效果。方法：选择我院2011年9月-2012年9月126例高血压合并高血脂患者随机分为两组,对照组63例患者给予阿托伐他汀＋笨磺酸氨氟地平治疗,观察组63例患者在对照组基础上给予本院自拟平肝调脂方治疗,3个月疗程结束后,比较两组患者治疗前、后SBP、DBP、血脂指标。结果：治疗后两组患者SBP、DBP均较治疗前有明显下降,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前下降,HDL-C明显增高,与治疗前比较差异具有显著性,观察组患者降低与增高幅度明显大于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟平肝调脂方联合西药治疗有利干临床症戕的改善及疗放的硝固暑高血压合算高血脂患者理想的治疗方法．

Effect observation on treating hypertension plus hyperlipidemia by the recipe of Pinggan Tiaozhi combined with modern medicine

Objective： To observe the effect of the pinggan Tiaozhi recipe plus modem medicine on treating hypertension with hyperlipidemia. Method： 126 hypertension and high cholesterol patients in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 63 cases in each group. The control group was given atorvastatin and arrdodipine besylate treatment; the observation group received Pinggan Tiaozhi treatment. After 3 months, comparing ~BP, DBP and the index of cholesterol before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, SBP, DBP of the two groups were decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment, the value of TC, TG~ LDL-C decreased compared with pre-treatment while HDL-C was significantly higher. Had a significant difference compared with pre-treatment, the change scope for each index of treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pinggan Tiaozhi combined with modem medicine was good for improvement of the clinical symptoms and consolidation of the curative effect. It was an ideal treatment for hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia patients.
