年轻乳腺癌患者社会支持状况调查及护理对策

目的 探讨年轻乳腺癌患者的社会支持状况及护理对策.方法 选取100例年龄＜40岁的年轻乳腺癌患者作为观察组,选取80例年龄≥40岁的乳腺癌患者作为对照组,对两组采取社会支持评定量表调查问卷进行社会支持情况调查,将年轻乳腺癌患者的社会支持总分并与国内常模进行比较,并将两组不同年龄的乳腺癌患者的社会支持状况进行比较.结果 观察组社会支持总分较国内常模高,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）,与对照组比较,观察组的社会支持总分、主观支持分、客观支持分以及对支持的利用度均明显较低,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 年轻乳腺癌患者较正常人能获得较高的社会支持,但其社会支持度低于年龄≥40岁的乳腺癌患者,需要护理人员充分评估并给予护理干预,帮助其优化社会支持网络.

Investigation on social support and nursing countermeasures for young breast cancer patients

Objective To investigate the social support and nursing countermeasures for young breast cancer patients. Methods To assess respectively the social support rating scale questionnaire in control group （n = 80, older than or equal to 40 years old） and observation group（n = 100, younger than 40 years old）, Take the social support rating scale to survey the social support in two groups of young patients with breast cancer, the total score of social support com- pared with domestic norm, and social support status in two groups of breast cancer patients of different ages were compared. Results The sore of the social support rating scale questionnaire in observation group was higher than that in nation norm, there was significant difference（P 〈 0.05）, and compared with control group. The total score of social support, subjective support, objective support and utilization of support in observation group were lower, there were significant differences（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Young breast cancer patients can get higher level of social support than normal, but below the older than or equal to 40-years-old breast cancer patients, and they need to be fully assessed and given nursing intervention, and be helped to optimize social support network.
