米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者血液流变学及子宫动脉血流动力学指标的影响

目的 探讨米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者血液流变学及子宫动脉血流动力学指标的影响.方法 2011年1月～2012年12月来我科就诊的子宫内膜异位症患者68例,根据是否服用药物分为观察组和对照组各34例.观察组术后服用米非司酮,对照组术后不服用任何药物.12周后比较两组的血液流变学及子宫动脉血流动力学指标.结果 治疗12周后,观察组的全血黏度、血浆黏度均低于对照组,左右子宫动脉最大血流速度大于对照组,搏动指数、阻力指数小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 米非司酮对于改善子宫内膜异位症患者血液流变学及子宫动脉血流动力学指标有积极作用,表明了其辅助治疗的有效性,对患者的康复可起到积极作用,值得临床推广应用.

Effects of mifepristone on blood rheology and uterine artery hemodynamics of endometriosis patients

Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone on blood theology and uterine artery hemodynamies of en- dometriosis patients. Methods A total of 68 patients with endometriosis from 2010 January to 2012 December were ac- cording to whether the medicalion divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group took mifepristone after operation. Patients in the control group took nothing after operation. Compared level of blood rheology and uterine artery hemodynamies of two groups. Results Twelve weeks after treatment, the whole blood vis- cosity, plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than the one of control group, difference between the two groups indicated statistical significance. Maximum blood flow velocity of left and fight uterine artery of observation group were higher than the one of control group, Pulsatility index, resistance index of observation group were lower than the one of control group, comparative difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Mifepristone can relieve the symptom of endometriosis patients, increase efficiency of treatment, promote the rehabilita- tion of patients, therefore it is applicable to clinical treatment.
