药师干预对抗菌药物合理应用的效果分析

目的探讨药师对抗菌药物进行干预后对其合理使用的影响。方法对我院的350例住院患者所使用的抗菌药物在药师干预前后的使用情况进行回顾性分析，对其2011年（干预前）及2012年6月（干预后）进行比较。结果干预后与干预前比较，抗菌药物的使用率明显降低，干预前后差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预后与干预前比较，住院天数明显减少，其住院费用、药费及抗菌药物的费用均显著降低，以上观察指标均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论抗菌药物通过采用临床药师干预措施后临床合理使用情况明显好转。降低了抗菌药物的使用率，缩短了患者的住院天数。

Effect of pharmacist intervention rational use of antimicrobial drugs

Methods Antimicrobial use of 350 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital were retro- spectively analyzed before and after the intervention of the pharmacist, We compared their difference in 2011 （before the intervention） and 2012 （post-intervention）. Conclusion Antimicrobial rational clinical use of clinical pharmacist interven- tions improved markedly reduced antimicrobial usage, shorten patient hospital days.
