浙江省急性腹泻患儿中肠道病毒检测分析研究

摘    要:目的 探讨浙江省急性腹泻患儿的常见病毒组成.方法 采集5岁以下(≤5岁)急性腹泻患儿的811份粪便标本,采用ELISA方法检测A组轮状病毒(RV),应用多重PCR方法同时检测B/C组RV、诺如病毒(NoV)、札如病毒(SaV)、肠道腺病毒(AdV)、星状病毒(AstV),并利用RT-PCR对RV的阳性标本进行G、P分型.结果 811份粪便样本中,RV、NoV、SaV、AdV 及AstV总的阳性比例分别为25.52%、18.37%、4.44%、2.71%和1.23%;65份(8.01%)混合感染标本中以RV和NoV混合感染所占比例最大(56.92%); 116份RV的G/P分型中,G3型(37.93%)、G1型(32.75%)和P[8]型(57.76%)是RV的优势型别,且G3/P[8](27.59%)是混合感染最主要的组合.结论浙江省五种常见腹泻病毒及其混合感染的流行状况,为临床治疗和疾病监测提供参考价值.

Abstract:Objective To explore the common viral composition of acute diarrhea from Zhejiang province. Methods 811 stool specimens were collected from outpatient children (≤ 5 years) with acute diarrhea. They were tested by ELISA for group A rotavirus and by multiplex PCR for Group B/C rotavirus, Norovirus, Sapovirus, Adenovirus, and Astrovirus. For group A rotavirus-positive specimens, a RT-PCR was conducted to determine the G and P genotypes. Results In 811 cases, the overall proportions for rotavirus, norovirus, sapovirus, adenovirus, and astrovirus were 25.52%,18.37%,4.44%,2.71% and 1.23%, respectively. Mixed infections were detected in 65 (8.0%) of the 811 cases and rotavirus/norovirus dual infections took the largest percentage (56.92%). G3 (37.93%), G1 (32.75%) and P [8] were the most prevalent genotypes and G3/P[8] (27.59%) was the predominant combination in 116 RV-positive samples. Conclusion The results indicated the prevalence of the common agents of viral diarrhea (including mono-in- fection and mixed infection) in Zhejiang province, which would provide valuable reference for clinical treatment and disease surveillance.
