| 摘 要： | 为研究疾病模型征候化，实验采用模拟胆汁反流液灌胃及高压低电流瞬间电刺激的方法，造成大鼠肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎模型。结果表明模型组大鼠激怒行为、胃粘膜炎细胞浸润程度、胃壁结合粘液量与对照组比较均有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。认为该模型适用于中药药理实验研究。

| Abstract: | To research the general relationship between diseases and syndrome types, we made the bile-regurgitational gastritis rats model with liver-against-stomach syndrome using method of bileregurgitational liquid-filling and instantly electric-stimulating. The results manifested that between the model group and control group the rat irritant acting,infiltrating degree of gastric mucosa inflamatory cells, and combinative mucus quantity of gastric mucosa were significant difference(P<0. 05). It is suggested that the model is suitable for pharmaceutical study. |
