| 摘 要： | ①目的 评价应用重建钢板治疗锁骨骨折的效果。②方法 对1999年7月～2003年5月应用重建钢板治疗30例锁骨骨折病人的效果进行分析。③结果 随访5～13个月，病人骨折均达骨性愈合，肩关节功能恢复满意。④结论 采用重建钢板治疗锁骨骨折，复位好，固定稳固确切，有利于病人早期行肩关节功能锻炼，是一种值得推荐的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of reconstructive plates in the treatment of clavicle fractures. Methods The effects of 30 patients with clavicle fractures treated with reconstructive plates from July 1999 to May 2003 were analyzed. Results The follow-up, ranging from five to 13 months, showed that bony union was obtained in all the cases, and that the function of shoulder joints recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion The treatment of clavicle fractures with constructive plates has satisfactory results with good replacement and firm fixation of the shoulder joints. It helps the patients to practise early exercises of shoulder joints. |
