| 摘 要： | 目的：分析现代白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体状体植入术中玻璃体溢出的原因，提出处理方法。方法：对我院1998年－2000年住院老年性白内障病人159只眼作回顾性分析。结果：本组患者中18只眼（11．3％）发生玻璃体溢出，其术后矫正视力大于0．3以上者占72．2％。结论：本组患者发生玻璃体溢出率较高，可能与术者手术熟练程度有关，本文提出预防措施及处理方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the causes of ECCE with IOL implantation andalso to suggest the management．Methods：159 eyes treated with ECCE and IOL in the 1998～2000 were reviewed retrospectively．Results：In the group studied，18 eyes had vitreous loss in which 72.2％ had visual acuity of 0.3 or better．Conclusion：The higher rate of vitreous loss in this group is due to the inproficiency of surgeon maybe．We suggested the methods of prevention and management． |
