| 摘 要： | 目的：观察MCu记忆合金IUD的避孕效果。方法：放置MCu记忆合金IUD 1000例为观察组,MCu功能性IUD 1000例为对照组,在山东、吉林、黑龙江、安徽等4省8个医疗单位进行为期1年的随机对照临床效果观察。结果：放置满12个月时,观察组与对照组的副反应发生率分别是0.2%、0.3%,带器妊娠率分别为0、0.2%,脱落率分别为0.6%、0.2%,取出率（包括因症取出）分别为0.3%、0.8%,续用率分别为99.5%、99.1%。两组间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：MCu记忆合金IUD与功能性IUD相比同样具有副反应小、带器妊娠率和脱落率低,避孕效果好的优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical contraceptive effects of MCu memory alloy IUD. Methods:1,000 cases placed MCu memory alloy IUD were enrolled in the observation group,and 1,000 cases with MCu functional IUD were registered in the control group.
