深圳市两社区就诊人群对双向转诊认知与评价的分析

摘    要:目的对比深圳观澜医院和中山东风医院及两地属下各社区卫生服务中心接受服务的人群对现行双向转诊的认知程度和满意度.为选一步促进双向转诊工作的可持续开展提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取在观澜医院与东风医院及两地属下各社区卫生服务中心接受服务的人群作为调查对象.采用统一设计的问卷进行现况调查。结果观澜有67.9%的调查对象选择首先在社区就诊:社区首诊的主要原因是医保定点(40.4%);了解双向转诊制度的调查对象比例是6.8%;83.6%和14.0%的调查对象赞成和接受过双向转诊:接受过双向转诊服务的人群里分别有66.4%和44.2%的患者满意目前的双向转诊制度与流程。东凤有63.7%的调查对象选择首先在社区就诊:社区首诊的主要原因是距离近(41.1%);了解双向转诊制度的调查对象比例是2.5%:74.7%和2.7%的调查对象赞成和接受过双向转诊;在接受过双向转诊服务的人群里分别有36.4%和22.7%的患者对目前的双向转诊制度、流程持满意态度。结论积极建立社区首诊制、拓宽医疗保险范畴、向人群充分宣传社区卫生服务中心以及简化双向转诊流程将更进一步促进双向转诊工作的可持续性实施。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare cognition and satisfaction of Two-way referral system by patients from Guanlan Hospital and Dongfeng Hospital including their community health services in order to provide a scientific basis for further work of Two-way referral system. METHODS Take random sample form patients from Guanlan Hospital and Dongfeng Hospital including their community health services using a questionnaire designed to investigate their current situation. RESULTS In Guanlan hospital and Dongfeng hospital there are 67.9%/63.7% patients take treatment in the community as first choice, 40.4% of Guanlan patients take medical insurance- designated hospital as the main reason, 41.1% paitents of Dongfeng take distance as their reason to make choice. About 6.8%/2.5% patients know of Two-way referral system, 83.6%/74.7% of them agree with this system and there are 14%/2.7% patients received it. In those who received Two-way referral system, there are 66.4%/36.4%ones satisfied with its system, 44.2%/22.7%ones satisfied with its flow. CONCLUSIONS In order to carry out Two-way referral, it is very necessary to strengthen the basic medical insurance' s support, and to heighten the service quality of the community health service, and to promote Two-way referrall, and to simplify the procedure of the Two-way referral system.
