腹腔镜胆囊切除术后并发眩晕症的护理干预

目的通过护理干预减少有眩晕病史患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后眩晕症状及相关并发症的发生。方法将43例患者随机分为干预组（31例）与对照组（12例）。干预组术前评估眩晕史，加强健康教育，术后严密观察病情，卧床48h以上，并采取渐进式下床训练的方法。对照组常规医疗、护理。结果护理干预组合并有眩晕史的31例发生恶心呕吐6例，占19％，与对照组症状发生率100％相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。干预组无1人发生跌倒，与对照组的跌倒发生率17％相比有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除术且有眩晕史的患者进行积极的护理干预可以减轻患者术后不适、缓解心理压力、杜绝跌倒的发生，提高护理品质。

Nursing Interventions for the Vertigo Patients after Laparoscope Cholecystectomy

Objective To explore appropriate nursing interventions to reduce vertigo incidence and related complication in patients with vertigo history after laparoscope cholecystectomy.Methods 43 vertigo patients were divided into 2 groups: 31 patients in the intervention group and 12 patients in the control group.The intervention group was given comprehensive nursing interventions such as pre-assessment of vertigo history,health education,bed-rest for more than 48 h,and gradually out-of-bed training.The control group was given routine clinical treatment and nursing interventions.Results The incidence rate of the symptom of nausea and vomiting in nursing intervention group was 19%,significantly lower than that of the control group 100%(P<0.01).The incidence of fall in the intervention group was 0,significantly lower than that in the control group 17%(P<0.05).Conclusion These nursing interventions are effective to reduce the incidence rate of postprocedure discomfort,to relieve mental stress,to prevent from fall,and to improve the nursing quality for patient with vertigo history after laparoscope cholecystectomy.
