摘    要:研究二价锰离子对不同月龄大鼠线粒体膜电位的影响。将不同月龄 (4个月和 1 8个月 )Wistar大鼠 ,提取脑线粒体后分为 5组 (5 0、1 0 0、2 0 0、40 0 μmol/L和空白对照 )体外染毒 ,用荧光光度法连续观察 3min内样品荧光值的变化。结果显示 ,各染毒组和对照组间差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同月龄大鼠各染毒组间差异也有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。随着大鼠年龄和染毒剂量的增加 ,线粒体膜功能衰退 ,耐受性降低。

Abstract:The aim was to study the effect of Mn 2+ exposure on membrane function of different month rats brain mitochondrial. Different-aged (4 months and 18 months) Wistar rats's mitochondria were extracted, exposed to MnCl2·4H2O and then divided into five groups(50, 100, 200, 400 μmol/L and the control group). The fluorescence intensity was detected in successive 3 min by fluorophotometric method. Compared with the control group' the exposed groups showed obvious reduction(P<0.05). In addtion, there was significant difference among the drug-receiving groups(P<0.05). Function and resistance of mitochondrial membrane are decreased with the increase of dosage andages.
