| Abstract: | n analysis of children with respiratory functional changes after intracardiac repair operation under direct vision are reported.The proper respiratory management was important factor for prevention of pneumatic complications,improvement of surgical successful rate and reduction of mortality.We concluded some preliminary experience to prevent postoperative complications. |
