赤芍煎剂对重症急性胰腺炎腹腔内高压的影响

目的：探讨赤芍煎剂对重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）相关腹腔内高压（IAH）的疗效及其抗炎机制。方法：完全随机将39例重症急性胰腺炎患者分为常规治疗组（19例）和赤芍煎剂治疗组（20例），观察两组患者治疗前后（0、1、7、14d）腹腔内压力（IAP）、血清TNF-α及IL-6的变化。结果：两组治疗后IAP、血清TNF．仪及IL-6水平较入院时下降，其中以赤芍煎剂治疗组下降最明显（P〈0．05）；结论：赤芍煎剂可能通过清除血清炎性介质而明显降低SAP患者腹腔内压力。

Effects of red peony root decoction on intra-abdominal hypertension in severe acute pancreatitis

Objectlve： To investigate the effects of red peony root decoction （ RPRD ） on intra-abdominal hypertension in patients with sever acute pancreatitis （SAP） and the associated anti-inflammatory mechanisms. Methods： Thirty-nine patients with SAP were randomly assigned to conventional treatment group （n = 19 ）and RPRD treatment group（ n =20）. This was followed by determination of changes in the levels of intra-abdominal pressure（IAP） ,tumor necrosis factor-or （TNF-ct） and interleukin-6 （ IL-6 ） at days 0, 1,7 and 14, respectively. Results：Both groups, particularly the PRPD treatment group, evidenced a remarkable reduction in the levels of IAP,TNF-α and IL-6 compared with those on admission （all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： RPRD may significantly reduce IAP via elimination of inflammatory mediators in patients with SAP.
