两种单纯性腰椎间盘突出症手术方案的比较

目的：比较椎间盘镜髓核摘除术与开放椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症的，临床疗效。方法：回顾性2008年1月至2010年1月本院收治的80例单纯性腰椎间盘突出症的临床资料．其中椎间盘镜组（MED组）和开放椎板开窗组（OLD组）各40例，比较两组术中出血量、术后住院天数、医疗费用、手术疗效、术后疼痛指数、手术并发症等指标。结果：两组术后疗效的优良率及手术并发症比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）：MED组术中出血量、住院天数、医疗费用及术后疼痛指数优于OLD组（P〈0．05）。结论：椎间盘镜髓核摘除术与椎板开窗髓核摘除术均能有效地治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症．但椎间盘镜手术具有微创、恢复较快、医疗费用低等优点。

Comparison of microendoscopic discectomy and open lumbar discectomy for treatment of lumbar disc protrusion

Objective： To compare the efficacy of microendoscopic discectomy （ MED ） and open lumbar discectomy（OLD） for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： We retrospectively reviewed the clinical profiles of 80 patients with simple lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion who were admitted to Yunfu People Hospital between January 2008 and January 2010. Subjects were allocated to receive MED（ n =40） or OLD （ n = 40）. This entailed subsequent comparison on the volume of blood loss, hospital stay, medical cost, efficacy, pain scale and postoperative complication. Results： The differences in the rate of effective outcomes and complication were unremarkable in both groups （ both P 〉 0.05 ）. Croup MED had a reduced volume of blood loss, shortened length of hospital stay, reduced medical cost and pain scale （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： MED and OLD may effectively cure lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. MED appears non-invasive and is characterized by a shortened time of recovery and reduced medical costs.
