摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT扫描对跖跗关节损伤的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析2008年1月至2012年12月广州中医药大学附属骨伤科医院收治的32例跖跗关节损伤的CT表现,包括横断面、多平面重组(MPR)及表面遮盖显示(SSD)后处理。结果:单纯骨折6例,骨折伴跖跗关节脱位26例。CT清晰显示144个骨折,单纯内侧柱损伤4例,内侧柱与中间柱损伤12例,中间柱与外侧柱损伤8例,单纯外侧柱损伤2例.三柱完全损伤6例。结论:螺旋CT扫描能精确评估跖跗关节损伤的骨折、脱位程度,明确分型.可作为跖跗关节损伤的常规检查方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in tarsometatarsal joint injury( Lisfranc fracture). Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the multi-slice spiral CT finding, including cross-section, multi-plane reconstruction (MPR) and surface shading display ( SSD ) images, of 32 patients with tarsometatarsal joint injury who were admitted to Orthopedics and Traumatology Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2008 and December 2012. Results: Of all subjects enrolled,simple fracture and Lisfranc fracture with dislocation were clinically diagnosed in 6 and 26 cases, respectively. Of 144 fractures evidenced by CT scan,4 had damage of the medial column, and this figure was 12 for medial and middle column injury.8 for middle and lateral column injury,2 for lateral column injury and 6 for triple column injury. Conclusion:Spiral CT scan may precisely assess the Lisfrane fracture and the degree of dislocation for phenotyping and thus :ould be employed as a routine examination for Lisfranc injury.
