基底节区脑出血患者早期死亡的危险因素分析

摘    要:目的:目的探讨影响基底节区脑出血患者早期死亡的危险因素。方法:收集2010年我院住院的143例急性基底节区脑出血患者的临床资料。以患者2周时的病情为评估指标,采用Logistic回归分析.对可能影响患者早期死亡15项指标进行单因素和多因素的统计分析。结果:与基底节区脑出血患者早期死亡有关的危险因素有年龄(P=0.047)、入院时意识状态(P=0.026)、出血量(P=0.024)、血清白蛋白(P=0.044)。结论:高龄、入院时意识障碍严重、出血量大、低蛋白血症是脑出血患者早期死亡的独立危险因素。

The analysis of risk factor for early death in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the risk factor for early death in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia region and to provide clue for clinical prediction of outcome. Methods The clinical datas of 143 cases of patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage were analyzed, and 15 related indicators which could have effects on the early death in patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage were screened using single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analysis. Results Single factor logistic regression analysis showed that age, amount of bleeding, state of consciousness, the white blood count, glucose, Uric acid, fibrinogen and serum albumin had a significant impact on the early death in patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrbage(P 〈0.05). Multiple factors logistic regression analysis showed that elderly, Severe disturbance of consciousness on admission, massive hemorrhage and hypoproteinemia were the independent risk factors for early death in patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion elderly, Severe disturbance of consciousness on admission, massive hemorrhage and hypoproteinemia have a certain clinical significance for prediction of early death in patients with acute basal ganglia hemorrhage.
