158例肢体残疾患者康复情况及其影响因素

目的：探讨早期系统、规范康复、治疗介入对肢体残疾康复的影响。方法：收集2008年1月至2011年5月组本院本科158例肢体残疾患者中进行肢体残疾的评定，分为用早期规范康复，治疗介入组（11例）及对照组未规范治疗组，比较两组患者治疗前后肢体残疾等级、Barthel指数、运动功能积分，改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表来评定结果。结果：两组康复治疗前后肢体残疾等级及改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表评定均差异无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）；早期规范康复治疗介入组的康复治疗前后Barthel指数、运动功能积分差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），而对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：早期系统、规范康复治疗可改善肢体残疾患者的日常生活活动能力及运动功能。

Rehabilitation and influencing factors of physical disability in 158 eligible patients

Objective：To investigate early-phase systematic and standardized intervention on rehabilitation in patients with physical disability. Methods： We conducted an assessment on physical disability in 158 eligible patients who visited the department of rehabilitation medicine, Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University between January 2008 and May 2011. Subjects were allocated to early-phase standardized rehabilitation intervention group and control group for subsequent comparison on the limb disability rating,Barthel index, motor function integral, modified Ashworth Spasm Assessment prior to and after treatment. Results： The difference in pre-and post-treatment limb disability rating and modified Ashworth spasm assessment in both groups was unremarkable（ both P 〉0.05 ）. There was a significant pre- and post-treatment difference of Barthel index and motor function integral in the early-phase standardized rehabilitation group （ both P 〈 0.05 ）, but not in control group（ both P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The daily activities and motor function could be improved by early-phase systematic and standardized rehabilitation in patients with physical disability.
