摘    要:目的:探讨血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)水平与胎儿生长发育的关系。方法:选取2011年5月至2013年2月分娩的200例孕妇作为研究对象,其中正常孕妇(NGT)+AGA组50例、NGT4-LGA组50例、GDM4-AGA组50例、GDM+LGA组50例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定孕妇血清RBP4水平,并记录孕早期体质指数和新生儿出生体质量等指标。结果:(1)GDM+AGA组、GDM4-LGA组血清RBP4水平(11.99±0.30)、(12.03±0.27)μg/mL]均高于NGT4-AGA组(9.00±0.26)μg/mL](P〈0.05);(2)NGT+LGA组血清RBP4水平(12.01±0.24)μg/mL]高于NGT4-AGA组(P〈0.05)。结论:GDM患者中血清RBP4水平升高,在没有明显糖耐量受损的情况下,RBP4可能参与加速胎儿生长。

Abstract:Objective:To study the correlation between maternal serum retinol binding protein-4 (RBP4) concentration and fetal growth. Methods : We recruited 200 pregnant women who gave delivery between May 2011 and February 2013 and allocated to normal pregnant women(NGT) plus appropriate-for-gestational-age (AGA) neonate ( n = 50 ), NGT plus large-for-gestational-age (LGA) neonate ( n = 50), gestational diabetes mellitus women (GDM) plus AGA neonate( n = 50 )and GDM women plus LGA neonate group (n = 50), respectively. Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was employed to assess the concentration of maternal serum RBP4. The body mass index of first trimester and the weight of neonates at birth were recorded. Results: Compared with NGT plus AGA group,the GDM plus AGA and GDM plus LGA group yielded higher median serum concentration of RBP4 ( 11.99 ± 0.30) μg/ml and ( 12.03 ±0.26 ) μg/ml vs. (9.00 ± 0.26 ) μg/ml, both P 〈 0.051. The NGT plus LGA group evidenced an increased serum RBP4 level compared with NGT plus AGA group ( 12.01 ± 0.24) μg/ ml vs. ( 9.00 ± 0.26 ) μg/ml, P 〈 0.05 ]. Conclusion: Patients with GDM are characterized by increased level of serum RBP4. Maternal serum RBP4 concentration may play an important role in fetal growth in the absence of significant carbohydrate intolerance.
