| 摘 要： | 本文报告了10例天疱疮病人皮损组织的透射电镜观察。见到病变棘细胞间隙增大,桥粒减少,残存者畸型,张力细丝排列不规则并移向核周,并进一步从棘松解细胞内部超微结构的变化方面对棘松解细胞变圆、细胞变性及形成水疱的机制进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper reports the observation on the skin lesions from 10 patientswith pemphigus by TEM. Under TEM, the intercellular spaces were expanded,desmosomes attented and deformed, tonofilaments irregularly distributed andshifted toward the perinuclear area. The mechanism of rounding, degenerationof acatholytic cells, and mechanism of blister forming were also discussed basedon internal ultrastuctural changes of the cells. |
