合肥市第一人民医院2000～2002年抗感染药物使用情况的分析

目的 评价抗感染药物在临床中的地位，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 对合肥市第一人民医院2000～2002年抗感染药物消费结构和用药频度进行分析。结果 抗感染药物消耗金额占西药总消耗金额的比例平均为35．03％，青霉素和头孢菌素消耗金额呈下降趋势。金额排序前10位的结构主要为注射剂，每年不少于6个，头孢菌素在数量上占据首位，合计年平均为6个。DDDs排序前10位的药物主要为口服制剂，年平均8个，3年中基本上位于前2位的药物为先锋四号、琥乙红霉素。每日消耗费用排序各年均居第一、二位的分别是泰能和稳可信，青毒素和头孢菌素在前10位中占大多教，合计年平均为5.6个。结论 价格适中的抗感染药物费用的合理性较好。

Make an Analysis of the Anti-infection Medicine of Usage in My Hospital from 2000 to 2002

Objective To estimate the clinical position of the anti-infection medicine to provide a reference for the right clinical medicine. Methods Having made an analysis of the anti-infection medicine's consumption structure as well as the frequency of usages in my institute from 2000 to 2002. Results The sum used for the anti-infection medicine is on average 35.03 percent of the total sum for the western medicine. The sum for the penicillin and the cephalosporin was falling down. Among the first ten in the order of sum were mainly injections , annually no less than six. According to the quantities, the cephalosporin ran the first , total up to 6 per year . Among the first ten in the order of DDDs were mainly oral preparation .annually eight . During three years , Cefalexin and Erythromycin were basically listed the first and the second . Every year the medicine of Tienam and Vancocin CP respectively occupied the first and the second in the order of daily consumption sum . Among the first ten , the penicillin and the cephalosporin announced a large proportion , total up to yearly 5.6 on average .Conclusions The sum for the anti-infection medicine with proper price is more reasonable.
