珍珠梅提取物对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠肿瘤增长的抑制作用

摘    要:目的]研究珍珠梅提取物对S180荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤增长抑制作用.方法]取60只小鼠制作S180荷瘤模型,观察给予珍珠梅提取物后小鼠S180荷瘤的增长抑制率、脾脏指数及胸腺指数的变化;应用RT-PCR方法检测肿瘤组织和瘤旁组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)基因的表达率.结果]珍珠梅提取物对小鼠S180荷瘤的增长有明显的抑制作用,并能显著提高S180荷瘤小鼠的脾脏指数及胸腺指数;VEGFmRNA在珍珠梅提取物大、中剂量组及环磷酰胺组小鼠肿瘤组织中的表达率与对照组相比较均有显著性差异.结论]珍珠酶提取物改善S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,下调VEGF在肿瘤组织中的表达,抑制肿瘤增长.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the Sorbaria sorbifolia aqueous extract for the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF in S_ 180 in mice. METHODS The S_ 180 sarcomas was transplanted into 60 of mice.The inhibition ratio of the tumor weight,the spleen index and thymus index were calculated out,and the expression levels of VEGF were assayed with RT-PCR. RESULTS The aqueous extract of the Sorbaria sorbifolia could increase the levels of inhibition ratio of tumor weight and the spleen index and thymus index in mice and markedly downregulate the expression of VEGF gene with compared to the control group. CONCLUSION The aqueous extract of the Sorbaria sorbifolia can improve immune function,and inhibite the expression of VEGF and tumor growth.
