| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丽珠维三联治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效。方法60例疣状胃炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组(30例)口服丽珠维三联制剂(枸橼酸铋钾220mg,克拉霉素250mg,替硝唑500mg),Bid×7d;对照组(30例)同时口服奥美拉唑30mg Qd,羟氨苄青霉素500mg Tid和甲硝唑400mg Bid,共7d。结果治疗组临床痊愈率为60·0%,总有效率为90·0%;对照组临床痊愈率为30·0%,总有效率为56·7%;两组比较差异有显著性(P<0·01)。HP根除率治疗组为82·1%明显高于对照组73·0%(P<0·05)。在治疗过程中尚未发现副作用及严重的不良反应。结论丽珠维三联治疗疣状胃炎的疗效满意,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of LIZHUWEI on Verrucous Gastritis. Methods 60 cases with Verrucous Gastritis were divided into two groups at random. The LIZHUWEI was given to treatment group (30 cases). Clarithromycin?Omeprazole and Amoxicillin was given to control group (30 cases). Results The clinical total effective rate in treatment group (90%) was higher than that of the Control group (56.7%) (P<0.05). The HP clearance rate in treatment group was 82.1%, obviously higher than that of control group(73.0%);No serious side effects and manifested were found during the treatment. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of LIZHUWEI on Verrucous Gastritis is good. |
