| 摘 要： | 目的 为了合成有效的手性配体,催化不对称杂Diels-Alder反应.方法 联二萘酚(BINOL)通过两种不同氢化后得到5,5',6,6',7,7',8,8'-八氢-1,1'-联二萘酚,在CH2C12.溶液中,控制反应温度和反应时间,用单质溴取代,生成3,3'-二溴-5,5',6,6',7,7',8,8'-八氢-1,1'-联二萘酚.结果 产物产率可达到90%.结论 此合成方法相对简单,却有很高的产率.

| Abstract: | Objective Aim To research the optically active in catalyzing of asymmetry zero Diels-Alder reactionas for catalyst ligand Methods An improved and effective synthetic method for 3,3'-dibromo-5,5',6,6',7,7',8,8'-Octahydro-1,1'-bi-naphthol via H8-BINOL with Br2 in the CH2Cl2 was reported.Result The title compound with anorerall yield of 90%.Conclusions In addition,the method showing that give the title compound with an high yield. |
