门诊高血压病人服药和自我监测血压依从性的调查分析

目的]了解高血压病人掌握疾病相关知识、自我监测血压及服药依从性的状况。方法]采用自行设计问卷调查门诊高血压病人对高血压危险因素、危害、并发症、服药依从性、自我监测血压等方面的情况。结果]绝大多数病人知识知晓率低,服药依从性行为不佳,大多数病人虽然能够定期监测血压,但在对血压计的认识及测量血压的方法方面仍存在较多问题。结论]应加强对高血压病人的健康教育,提高高血压病人的认识和防治能力,使病人能够有效而准确的监测血压,提高服药依从性。

Investigation on compliance of medicine-taking and self-monitoring of hypertension patients in out patient clinic

Objective:To know about the state of mastering disease related knowledge,blood pressure self-monitoring and compliance of medicine taking of hypertension patients.Methods:Hypertension patients in outpatient clinic were investigated on risk factors,harms and complications of hypertension,compliance of medicine taking and self-monitoring of blood pressure by adopting self-designed questionnaire.Results:Most hypertension patients had lower knowing rate of hypertension knowledge and poor compliance of medicine taking.Blood pressure of most patients was monitored regularly.But many problems existed in recognition of baumanometer and the method of measuring blood pressure.Conclusion:Health education for hypertension patients should be strengthened.And their recognition and prevention ability should be enhanced so as to let patients to monitor their blood pressure effectively and exactly and to enhance their compliance of medicine taking.
