广泛性焦虑症和抑郁症儿茶酚胺血浓度的临床对照研究

目的　了解广泛性焦虑症和抑郁症儿茶酚胺血浓度的差异。方法　 30例广泛性焦虑症和 38例抑郁症患者接受 5～ 6周的药物治疗 ,治疗前后进行肾上腺素 (EPH)和去甲肾上腺素 (NE)血浓度检测 ,并与 2 9例正常对照组进行比较。结果　广泛性焦虑症患者的EPH和NE血浓度高于抑郁症和正常对照 ,治疗后EPH和NE回复正常水平。结论　广泛性焦虑症和抑郁症的儿茶酚胺水平有差异 ,广泛性焦虑症有明显的儿茶酚胺紊乱。

A clinical controlled study on blood concentration of catecholamine with generalized anxiety disorder and depression

Objective To evaluate the difference of blood concentration of catecholamine between patients with generalized anxiety disorder and depression.Methods 30 pafients with generalized anxiety disorder and 38 with depression received drug treatment for five to six weeks. Their blood concentrations of epinephrine and norepinephrine were measured before and after the treatment, and were compared with 29 normal controls. Results The blood concentration of epinephrine and norepinephrine in patients with generalized anxiety disorder was higher than those with depression and normal control. The serum level of epinephrine and norepinephrine in patients with generalized anxiety disorder recovered to normal after treatment. Conclusions There are differences in monoamine transmitter levels between patients with generalized anxiety disorder and depression. There is obvious disturbance in catecholamine in geneeralized anxiety disorder.
