桂林地区原发性肝癌性别差异初析

目的：探讨桂林地区PHC患者ABO血型，HBV感染，肝癌家族史，饮酒史的性别差异。方法：按患者性别分组，对两性患者ABO血型，HBV感染，肝癌家族史和饮酒史进行比较。结果：192例PHC男女比为85．94：14．06，男性O血型分布多于女性（P＜0．05），女性AB血型分布高于男性（P＜0．05），男性HBV感染率和有饮酒史者明显高于女性（P＜0．01），结论：男性较女性对PHC易感可能与男性HBV感染率高，饮酒者和O血型分布多以及女性PHC遗传易感依赖性强有关。

The Preliminary Analysis on the Sex Difference of Patients with Primary Hepatic Cancer in Guilin Districk

Objective　To study the sex difference among PHC patients' ABO blood types and HBV infection,hepatic cancer family history,drunking alcohol hobby in Guilin district.Methods　192 cases of PHC were classified according to sexes,we compared the ABO blood types distribution,HBV infection,family history of PHC and drunking alcohol hobby between the two sexes.Results　PHC infective ratio of male to female was 85.94∶14.06；the O blood type distribution in the male was more than that of the female's(P＜0.05),but in the AB blood type,the female was more than that in the male's(P＜0.05).The HBV infection and drunking alcohol hobby in the male were obviously more than that in the female's(P＜0.01).Conclusions　The male's susceptibile to PHC is highter than that in the female's.It is correlated to that of the males have HBV infection rate highter,durnking alcohol hobby,more O blood type and the female's PHC more dependent on hereditary susceptibility.
