| 摘 要： | 目的:观察家族性腺瘤样息肉病(APC)蛋白在正常胃黏膜、胃腺瘤和胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其在胃癌发生、发展中的作用. 方法:取得经胃镜活检病理检查证实的78例患者的不同胃组织标本,包括24例正常胃黏膜、24例胃腺瘤性息肉(胃腺瘤)和30例胃腺癌组织,以免疫组化ABC法检测标本中APC蛋白的表达. 结果:正常对照组胃黏膜、胃腺瘤、胃癌组织APC阳性表达率呈递减趋势,经两两比较,差异均有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05).高级别上皮内瘤变APC蛋白阳性表达率虽然低于低级别上皮内瘤变,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.697).结论:在胃腺瘤组织中APC基因表达已出现异常,该基因的失活在胃癌的发生、发展中及胃腺瘤的发生中起重要作用.
