| 摘 要： | 表遗传学修饰重新编程通过DNA甲基化和组蛋白乙酰化等多种修饰方式,有序地改变染色质构形、调整基因表达,在哺乳动物的生殖发育等过程中作用重要。近年来随着有关研究深入,各种新技术、新思路不断涌现,研究方法得以不断改进和完善,该文就表遗传学修饰研究方法学的最新进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | By several modification styles,such as DNA methylation and histone covalent modifications, epigenetic reprogramming which changes in chromatin configuration orderly and regulates gene expression is of great importance in mammalian reproduction and development and other processes.With the advance of the research in this field,great progresses in the methodology have been made in recent years.This review summarizes those advances in the methodology of research in epigenetic modification. |
