| 摘 要： | 目的]观察米力农对顽固性心衰患者心功能及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)水平的影响.方法]30例顽固性心衰患者给与米力农治疗10 d,在治疗前、后分别测定血压、心率、心功能、血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平,同时与30例健康体检者作对照.结果]虽然给予米力农治疗后患者的心功能、血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平与对照组比较仍有显著性差异;但较治疗前有显著改善(P＜0.05).结论]米力农可以一定程度上地改善顽固性心衰患者的心功能,降低血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平.

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the effect of milrinone on heart function and level of tumour necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin-6 and 8 with refractory heart failure.Methods]Milrinone was used to 30 patients with refractory heart failure for 10 days.Blood pressure,heart rate and heart function,serum level of tumour necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin-6 and 8 were estimated before and after treatment,and also in 30 healthy volunteers in control group.Results]Even there was significant difference compared with controls,the heart function and serum level of tumour necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin-6 and 8 of patients with refractory heart failure were improved significantly after loading dose infusion of Milrinone.Conclusion]Milrinone could improve the heart function and decrease the levels of tumour necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin-6 and 8. |
