| 摘 要： | 应用酶联免疫技术（ＥＬＩＳＡ），测定５５例肺结核患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）的浓度，并与３０例正常对照组进行比较。结果显示：肺结核患者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；患病时间超过４年者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平高于４年以下者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | The levels ot serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)weremeasured in 5 5 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis by using ELISA technique,andcompared with 30 normal control.The results showed that the levels of serum slL-2R inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis were significantly higher than those in normalcontrol(P<0.01),and the levels of slL-2R in the patients whose history of tuberculosiswas over 4 years were higher than those in the patients whose history tuberculosis waswithin 4 years(P<0.05). |
