| 摘 要： | 报导同期治重症型肝炎40例，按随机原则分为治疗组与对照组。对照组20例采用综合治疗；治疗组在综合疗法基础上，加用促肝细胞生长素治疗，结果治疗组病死率为40％，对照组病死率为70％，两组相比有显著差异性。

| Abstract: | Forty patients with severe viral nepatitis were divided into two groups at random. Twenty patients were treated with promote hepatitis growth factor(PHGF)combined with comprehensive therapy(the PHGF group),and the other twenty were treated with comprehensive therapy only(the control group). The results showed that the death rate(40% ) of the PHGF group was significantly lower than that of the control group (70% ) (P<0.05). It is considered that PHGF combined with comprehesive therapy to treat severe viral hepatitis can reduce the death rate and might be popularized. |
