护理大专毕业生临床工作能力情况的调查研究

目的描述我校大专毕业生在临床的工作情况,以反映目前护理大专毕业生的临床工作状态,为完善护理专科生的在校培养和临床职业发展提供理论依据。方法使用专科毕业生评价量表,便利抽取北京6所三级甲等医院119名护士长对175名我校大专毕业生进行评价。结果量表总分为（3.31±0.47）分,75.4%的毕业生完全达标,24.0%的毕业生基本达标,仅1名不达标。得分最高的是工作态度,然后依次是沟通交流、理论知识和操作技能、整体护理、健康教育,得分最低的是专业发展。结论护理专科毕业生基本达到我校教学目标,工作表现出色,能够得到临床的认可;毕业生今后的不断完善需要自身和临床护理管理者共同努力。

Clinical work investigation on associate nursing graduates

Objective To understand clinical work performance of our college graduates in order to provide the continuous improvement of associate nursing education and clinical career development. Methods Using convenient sampling method,119 head nurses were selected from six first-class grade A hospitals in Beijing to evaluate 175 nurses who graduated from our college through a self-designed＂college graduates＇ evaluation scale＂. Results The mean score of the scale was 3.31±0.47; 75.4% of the graduates meet the standard completely;24.0% of the graduates meet the basic standards;and only 1 student did not reach the standard. The highest score was working attitude,followed by the communication,theory of knowledge and skills,holistic nursing care,and health education;the lowest score was professional development. Conclusion College graduates reached the school teaching goal,and their work performance was outstanding.
