护理专业毕业生护理知识够用度调查与分析

摘    要:目的了解护理专业生命周期模式课程设置能否满足临床护理岗位需求,为今后的课程建设与教学改革提供依据。方法抽取我校2008~2010届护理专业毕业生,采用自行编写的《课程设置与知识够用度调查问卷》《护理专业人才岗位胜任力调查问卷》进行自评和他评。结果约70%的调研对象认为课程安排合理,与临床护理岗位需求相对接,近50%毕业生3个月能够胜任护理岗位基本工作要求。结论生命周期模式下的毕业生能够符合临床护理岗位需求,但应就护理岗位工作任务进一步细致分析,继续充实优化教学内容,使生命周期模式课程设置更加完善。

Abstract:Objective To explore whether the crriculum design of Life Period Model of nursing profession meet the job needs of clinical care and provide the basis for future courses construction and teaching reform. Methods To do estimation and self-estimation on the nursing graduates randomly selected from 2008 to 2010 in Tianjin Medical College by using "Curriculum and knowledge enough questionnaire" and"Care professionals of competence questionnaire". Results Most of informants considered that the current course is reasonable and meet the job needs of clinical care,and make them capable of job requirements immediately. Conclusion Higher vocational nursing education can basically meet the job requirements,but should continue to make job tasks further detailed and teaching content further refined and it will made the curriculum design of Life Period Model of nursing profession further better.
