| 摘 要： | 痰、瘀与糖尿病肾病(DN)有着密切的关系。在糖尿病慢性病程中,痰、瘀之邪一经形成,即可交互为患,并可与气阴两虚这一基本病机互为因果,使病情呈恶性循环式加重。在DN治疗中针对痰浊、瘀血的相应治法也占据着重要地位,不容忽视。

| Abstract: | Phlegm and blood stasis have close related with diabetic nephropathy(DN).During the long chronic process of DN,the two pathogenic factors make the illness worse and worse,by affecting mutually from the beginning of their formation,causing and affecting each other with the basic pathogenesis of deficiency of both Qi and Yin.So,the treatments aimed at phlegm and blood stasis play an importance role in the course of DN. |
